Job summary

3M Global Service Center Philippines seeks an Enterprise Labeling Analyst to design and coordinate label creation/ modification across plants, systems, and stakeholders. You will ensure requests follow established procedures and SLAs while collaborating with Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Customer Service, Legal, and R&D.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with SAP, MES, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and strong English.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• High attention to detail with discretion.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience coordinating tasks across teams and partners.
• Proven ability to train and develop others.
• Familiarity with labeling/packaging workflows is a plus.
• Experience across diverse organizations and processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and coordinate label creation/modification across plants.
• Coordinate label design tasks in SAP, MES, DMT and ELC.
• Ensure requests follow procedures, ITSM, SharePoint and GMCE.
• Validate data and request templates when needed.
• Run test prints with relevant plant functions.
• Assign owners and approvers; monitor SLA targets.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Regulatory, Customer Service, Legal, R&D, QA.
• Maintain SLA-compliant ticket resolution and actions.
• Keep request status and dashboards accurate to prevent data issues.
• Gain knowledge of Loft ware, PLM, MICAW, GMCE, DMT/MES/SAP/ELC, ITSM, Power BI.
• Coordinate with system admins for needs or enhancements.
• Identify data quality/process efficiency improvements.
