Job summary

Google Operations Center in the Philippines is seeking a Global Process Excellence Manager to drive strategic transformation across a global platform. You will partner with executive leadership to shape the future of operations, improving processes, productivity, and customer experience through a high-impact CI program.

Leadersh ip and coaching of a team, cross-functional collaboration, and a data-driven approach using tools like Minitab and Power BI are essential.

Qualifications

• 12+ yrs in service-sector or similar transformation roles.
• 3+ years people management experience.
• Proven track record implementing Lean tools in tech/process environments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills at executive levels.
• Experience with data analytics tools and translating insights into action.
• Experience contracting and driving enterprise-wide process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead Service Excellence and Customer Experience initiatives across the global platform.
• Collaborate with Operations to set performance standards and improvement goals.
• Map current/future state processes and design optimized end-state processes.
• Act as internal consultant to benchmark and shape future strategies.
• Drive CI and Transformation with cross-functional teams across regions.
• Coach and mentor a team to sustain continuous improvement culture.
