Job summary

JTI Global Business Services seeks an OCDIO PMO Coordinator to support governance, manage project financials, and coordinate vendor processes in a hybrid, Taguig environment. You will serve as the main liaison for stakeholders and cross-functional teams, ensuring documentation, approvals, and timely reporting.

The role requires 5+ years in project administration within a multinational setting, strong MS Office skills, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of administrative experience in a multinational corporate environment.
• Experience supporting project management or PMO activities.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Project, and SharePoint.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• SAP knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets, track costs, and support financial reporting activities.
• Create and maintain Purchase Orders while ensuring compliance with internal controls and processes.
• Coordinate consultant timesheet submissions and Goods Receipt (GR) bookings.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Provide administrative and logistical support to project teams, including documentation, meeting coordination, and process improvements.
• Support SharePoint administration and PMO governance activities.
