Job summary

Insight, a Fortune 500 Solutions Integrator, seeks an Operations Manager with PMO experience in Pasig, Metro Manila. You will lead a team of nine Project Coordinators, drive project governance, and ensure delivery of organizational objectives in a hybrid work setup at our Ortigas Center office.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in the field, 3–5 years of people management, strong leadership, and excellent MS Office skills (PowerPoint). PMP/Lean Six Sigma certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of overall professional experience.
• 3–5 years of people management and/or leadership experience.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to motivate, guide, and develop team members.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong PowerPoint skills required.
• Experience with Smartsheet and/or Microsoft Project is advantageous.
• PMP and Lean Six Sigma certifications are considered preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee a team of Project Coordinators, providing direction, coaching, and performance support.
• Establish and maintain project management governance, ensuring adherence to processes, standards, and best practices.
• Monitor and optimize resource utilization to support effective project delivery and operational efficiency.
• Drive achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) and alignment with organizational goals and business objectives.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and issue resolution across cross-functional teams.
• Provide leadership in project planning, execution, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support strategic decision-making through reporting, performance analysis, and operational insights.
