Job summary

Lavasource is seeking a Global PMO Lead to architect and run a PMO across its global operations. This leadership role focuses on governance, portfolio management, and performance reporting for HR and IT portfolios.

The candidate will harmonize PMO practices across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas, drive risk management, and build capability while mentoring PMO staff to elevate project maturity.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of PMO leadership experience, including enterprise/global scale.
• Proven ability to design and run a global PMO with governance frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement a global PMO structure, policies, and standards.
• Drive prioritization, resource allocation, and oversight across portfolios.
• Harmonize PMO practices across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas.
• Define KPIs, monitor delivery, manage risks, and report to executives.
• Oversee multiple HR and IT initiatives and mentor PMO staff.
