Qualifications

• 7+ years elevating PMOs in large tech environments.
• Experience standing up PMOs for traditional and agile programs.
• Strong stakeholder engagement from boardroom to stand-up.
• Experience governance across project/ program/ portfolio / EPMO.
• Leadership that inspires teams.
• References confirming integrity and resilience.

Responsibilities

• Stand-up & run the PMO for complex projects, programs or portfolios.
• Lift maturity by overhauling processes, tooling and metrics to match client ambitions.
• Govern like a pro—schedule, cost, RAID, benefits.
• Coach PMO analysts and coordinators; develop tomorrow’s leaders.
• Advise the C-suite with data-driven insights.
• Maintain composure to manage high-stakes delivery.
