Job summary

Grab PH seeks a seasoned PMO Lead to manage business intake, prioritization, and governance for a dynamic portfolio. You will align with Planning & Insight leadership to ensure projects optimize operations and deliver value, across in-house and vendor teams.

In this role, you will drive capacity planning, OKR tracking, and cross-functional collaboration, enabling cost efficiency, improved customer outcomes, and scalable digital initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of program or portfolio management experience in Contact Center Operations, Shared Services, or Tech Platforms.
• 3+ years of experience with core contact center and support metrics (SLA, cost, quality, volume).
• PMP or Lean Six Sigma certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary gatekeeper for all incoming project requests and assess feasibility and alignment.
• Oversee end-to-end PMO governance for the country's tactical operational projects.
• Monitor capacity and OKR impact, ensuring projects meet efficiency, cost, service, and satisfaction targets.
• Mentor the Prioritization & Intake Lead and align with the Head of Planning & Business Insight.
