Lavasource is seeking a Global PMO Lead to architect and run a PMO across its global operations. This leadership role focuses on governance, portfolio management, and performance reporting for HR and IT portfolios.

The candidate will harmonize PMO practices across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas, drive risk management, and build capability while mentoring PMO staff to elevate project maturity.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of PMO leadership experience, including enterprise/global scale.

About the Role

The Global PMO Lead will be responsible for building and running a Project Management Office (PMO) from the ground up across Lavasource’s global operations. This is not a project manager role. It requires a leader who understands PMO design and maturity, with proven experience in establishing governance frameworks that scale across HR and IT portfolios.

Responsibilities

PMO Strategy & Framework: Architect and implement a global PMO structure, policies, and standards.

Portfolio Governance: Drive prioritization, resource allocation, and oversight across HR, IT, and enterprise portfolios.

Global Alignment: Harmonize PMO practices across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas, ensuring transparency and consistency.

Performance & Risk Management: Define KPIs, monitor delivery outcomes, manage risks, and provide executive-level reporting.

Operational Excellence: Oversee multiple concurrent HR and IT initiatives, ensuring efficiency and compliance.

Leadership & Capability Building: Mentor PMO staff, elevate organizational project maturity, and embed a culture of accountability.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in PMO roles, including senior leadership.
• building and running PMOs at enterprise/global scale.
• Strong expertise in governance, portfolio management, and organizational change.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred.
