Job summary

SM Engineering Design and Development Corp. seeks a seasoned PMO leader to establish standards, governance, and KPIs across divisions. You will oversee mall project portfolios, align them with strategy, and optimize resources and risk management while reporting to senior leadership.

You will lead Senior PMO Managers and Officers, providing mentorship and performance management to build a high-performing team and ensure accountability across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years in construction planning/scheduling with at least 8 years in senior leadership roles.
• PMP or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture; MBA is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Establish and enforce PMO standards, methodologies, KPIs, and governance frameworks.
• Oversee the consolidated portfolio of mall projects and align with corporate strategy.
• Provide timely, accurate executive updates on progress, risks, and actions.
