Job summary

Hubexo is seeking a highly experienced Program Manager & Delivery Lead to drive governance excellence and delivery of strategic IT transformation programs across APAC. Based in Manila, you will lead a PMO team and coordinate global stakeholders, vendors, and enterprise platforms including CRM and ERP implementations.

You will shape program delivery across multi-region rollouts, continuously improve governance standards, and leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency and reporting.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in enterprise IT project/program management or PMO leadership.
• Proven ERP/CRM or enterprise platform rollout experience.
• Strong governance, risk, issue tracking and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Manila PMO team and govern portfolio oversight across IT projects.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of enterprise IT transformation programs.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors.
• Deliver timely reporting to leadership and steering committees.
