Job summary

The Citco Group Limited in Makati, Philippines, is seeking a Payroll Administrator to join our global fund services team. You will oversee payroll runs for assigned clients, ensure SLA targets are met, and maintain accurate payroll records.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Accounting, demonstrates meticulous attention to detail, can multitask, and communicates effectively in English. Proficiency in MS Office is essential, and experience with payroll processing across multiple regions is

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Accounting
• Attentive to details, accurate and result driven
• Able to multitask and switch between the tasks efficiently
• Very good computer (Microsoft Office packages) and communication skills
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal)

Responsibilities

• Plan, control and oversee allocation and production of payroll runs for assigned clients in order to meet service level agreements (SLA’s) and performance targets related to payroll processing
• Prepare and review payroll reports and other related documents (pay slips, bank reconciliation, payroll deductions and other contributions, CPF or MPF, etc.)
• Maintain client payroll files (contact details, bank details, ID, KYC etc.)
• Prepare online payment instructions and monitor status of payments (such as securing approval of relevant parties as per SLA)
• Monitor and coordinate payroll payment-related transactions with Hong Kong, Singapore and other offices (client payroll funding)
• Upload payroll documents in document manager
• Work with the team on other tasks and deliverables and fulfil other administrative tasks
• Continuously review and make recommendations for improvements to the existing payroll process and procedures applied for assigned Clients in order to ensure delivery of high quality service in the most efficient way
