Job summary

Citco is hiring for an Accounting Officer in Makati, Philippines, to support the Central Data Support (CDS) function within C2S. You will process invoices, bank statements and supplier records, ensuring data accuracy and timely bookings across global offices.

The role requires attention to detail, strong Excel skills and English communication. You will work with cross-border teams to optimize processes and drive automation while upholding GAAP/IFRS standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in sciences, accounting or equivalent.
• Experience in accounting would be an advantage.
• Accounting qualifications would be an advantage.
• Strong planning and organizational ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Financial/accounting and analytical skills with commitment to high-quality service.
• Knowledge of GAAP and IFRS is advantageous.
• Ability to handle multiple sub-projects simultaneously and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Process client invoices into C2S: name documents per conventions, store correctly, book to GL accounts and automate bookings.
• Process bank statements into C2S and ensure correct GL postings and automation.
• Process supplier records requests in client application and ensure data accuracy.
• Follow procedures and quality controls to ensure data integrity.
• Identify and raise potential ADP risks or areas for automation.
