Job summary

Deltek is seeking a Payroll Manager to lead end-to-end payroll operations across global entities and drive the transformation to a centralized Shared Service Center. The role emphasizes stakeholder management, change leadership, and accurate, compliant payroll delivery.

You will oversee migration plans, establish data mapping and cleansing, and ensure successful go-live readiness while aligning HR, Finance, IT and executives around common payroll standards and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing across all entities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
• Manage payroll calendars, cut-offs, validations, approvals, and payment runs.
• Lead migration of payroll data from legacy systems to target platform and oversee testing.
• Document processes, controls, and work instructions; manage risks and issues.
• Build trusted relationships with HR, Finance, IT, Legal, and executives; drive engagement.
• Lead the transition of entities into the SSC and harmonize policies and controls.
