Job summary

Deltek is seeking a Payroll Manager to lead end-to-end payroll operations globally, driving a move to a centralized SSC. The role emphasizes stakeholder management, system migrations, and process standardization across entities while ensuring compliance and accuracy.

You will partner with HR, Finance, IT, and executives to deliver timely payroll and enable smooth transitions during entity migrations. This is a hybrid role with global responsibilities and a focus on process excellence.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years or more of Payroll / Timesheets experience in a global company
• min of 5 years of payroll management experience
• BA or BS in Accounting preferred
• Willingness to work on a mid-day shift to support APAC and Europe

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing across all entities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance
• Lead migration of payroll processes and data from legacy systems to the target platform
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with HR, Finance, IT, Legal, entity leaders, and senior executives
• Lead transition of payroll entities into the SSC, including scoping, knowledge transfer, and stabilization
• Define and track SLAs, KPIs, and service delivery metrics
