Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of payroll/HR/finance operations experience.
• 3+ years in a management/people-leader role.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing concepts and statutory requirements.
• Proficiency with payroll systems (SAP/Workday preferred; ADP advantageous).
• Excellent English verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for designated countries.
• Execute payroll controls, approvals, reconciliations, and statutory remittances.
• Escalate payroll issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain relationships with third-party vendors and SLAs.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT and external providers on payroll activities.
• Lead audits and ensure SOX compliance.
• Mentor and coach team members.
