Qualifications

• A minimum of 7 years of payroll, HR, or finance operations experience.
• A minimum of 3 years in a management/people leader role.
• Experience managing multi-country payroll operations.
• Experience overseeing payroll controls, compliance, audits and statutory requirements.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll delivery for assigned countries with timeliness and accuracy.
• Oversee payroll controls, approvals, reconciliations, and statutory remittances.
• Ensure audit readiness with robust documentation and calendars.
• Support internal, external, and regulatory audits as required.
• Manage vendor performance and ensure SLAs and metrics are met.
