Job summary

Johnson & Johnson through DePuy Synthes seeks a Payroll Senior Team Lead in Manila, Philippines, and Bogota, Colombia, to deliver timely, accurate payroll for designated countries with SOX compliance and data privacy at the core. You will lead a team of analysts and coordinate with external vendors to ensure service excellence.

This role reports to the Payroll Manager/Lead, mentors staff, and drives payroll process improvements while partnering with HR, IT and Finance to meet service levels.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in Payroll, HR and/or Finance operations.
• At least 3 years in a Management/People Leader role.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing concepts and statutory requirements.
• Proficiency with payroll systems (SAP and/or Workday preferred).
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent English communication.
• Ability to prioritize and work independently.
• Confidentiality and data privacy adherence.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for assigned countries.
• Execute payroll controls, reconciliations, and statutory remittances.
• Act as escalation point for payroll issues and stakeholder concerns.
• Establish & maintain relationships with third-party vendors.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT and payroll providers.
