Job summary

TP ICAP Group invites a Payroll Operations Delivery Lead to oversee regional payroll operations, aligning with the Global Payroll Organisation model and ensuring accurate processing across APAC. You will partner with HR, Reward, Global Mobility and Finance to maintain controls and timely payroll delivery.

You will lead local payroll governance, drive process improvements, and manage external providers while coaching team members and ensuring compliance with evolving regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a payroll function with governance and controls.
• Collaborative working style with HR, Reward, Global Mobility and Finance teams.
• Continuous improvement mindset with automation and process improvement.
• Experience in end-to-end payroll processing across multiple APAC jurisdictions.
• Strong understanding of payroll legislation, compliance and payroll controls.
• Experience working with external payroll providers to deliver accurate payroll outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex payroll activities including international assignments and relocations.
• Strong HR/payroll systems capability, data accuracy and payroll input validation.
• Ability to advise employees, HR and management on payroll-related queries clearly and professionally.
• Experience supporting payroll audits, reconciliations and reporting.
• Attention to detail and ability to work to strict payroll deadlines.
• Coaching and cross-training across the team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational payroll function and promote the Global Payroll Organisation model.
• Collaborate with regional GPO and senior stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely payrolls.
• Oversee payroll controls and monthly governance/risk reporting.
• Manage monthly KPIs across jurisdictions and support audits.
• Assist with payroll integrations, acquisitions, and changes within TP ICAP processes.
• Provide guidance to staff and HR; ensure relocations are planned and processed accurately.
