Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group in Manila is seeking a Payroll Coordinator to track and post time, answer payroll questions, and ensure compliance with government and company guidelines. You will work closely with Workforce Planning, HR, and Corporate Payroll to ensure accurate payroll and benefit hours for all contact center employees.

The role requires strong communication, data entry accuracy, and the ability to handle cross-time-zone payroll processes for a diverse workforce.

Qualifications

• Position requires a high school diploma. Associate degree preferred or at least 1–2 years’ experience in a payroll or data entry position.
• Minimum of 1–3 years’ of payroll, data entry and/or customer service required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, audit and consolidate agent worked hours to payroll systems. Report issues with data transfer or missing information.
• All updates to current payroll cycle must be done every two weeks.
• Maintain payroll systems with correct employee information and perform daily input of vacation, personal time and other payouts.
• Assist leadership in preparing reports related to historical payroll information and respond to management requests.
