Job summary

Royal Caribbean International is seeking a Payroll Analyst to support end-to-end payroll processing in collaboration with HR, Accounting, Treasury, an external payroll provider, management, and employees. You will help ensure the accuracy of salaries and payroll records while complying with regulations.

You will work across Philippine, India and Australia/New Zealand payroll, validate data in SuccessFactors and payroll systems, handle timekeeping, and assist in payroll projects such as system

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end payroll processing with external provider.
• Validate payroll details in SuccessFactors and payroll systems.
• Consolidate variable reports and timekeeping details.
• Handle salary overpayments and related adjustments.
• Prepare and maintain payroll records, calendars and reports.
• Assist in data gathering, reconciliation, and project initiatives.
