You will ensure compliance with local tax/regulatory rules while partnering with HR, Finance and vendors to resolve issues.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in multinational payroll, strong analytics, and experience with HRIS/payroll systems. The role emphasizes process improvements and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of payroll experience in a multinational environment.
• Hands-on end-to-end payroll processing experience.
• Strong knowledge of APAC payroll regulations and compliance.
• Experience with payroll systems/HRIS and payroll vendors.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and validate payroll for APAC countries (Philippines focus).
• Ensure compliance with payroll, tax, and statutory requirements.
• Perform payroll audits, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Support payroll system updates, testing, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to resolve payroll issues.
