Job summary

EY is hiring a Global Payroll Implementation Manager in Metro Manila to lead multi-country payroll implementations for major clients. You will drive end-to-end programs, ensure governance, risk management and on-time delivery across regions, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.

You will apply expertise in payroll platforms like Workday and SuccessFactors, mentor project managers, and report progress to leadership while maintaining high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in payroll implementations for large organizations, with at least 8 years hands-on experience.
• Strong program and project management experience (PMP, Prince2, Agile preferred).
• Experience with AI-powered analytics, automation, or intelligent payroll operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale global payroll implementation programs across regions and countries.
• Apply best-practice methodologies to deliver projects on time, within scope and budget.
• Act as primary client contact, managing expectations and satisfaction.
• Oversee payroll technology integration with client systems (Inbound/Outbound data).
• Manage cross-functional teams and vendors, driving collaboration and accountability.
• Define program goals, milestones and governance aligned with global standards.
