Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 2+ years in GL accounting or payroll-related entries.
• Proficient in MS Office and general ledger concepts.

Responsibilities

• Perform payroll accounting related GL entries, validation and reports.
• Ensure security and confidentiality of sensitive data handled.
• Manage general ledger and reconciliations and respond to finance queries.
• Ensure payroll compliance with local regulatory requirements.
• Keep knowledge up-to-date on HR and GL applications for payroll.
• Collaborate with Citibank’s vendor on payroll GL initiatives and errors.
• Support payroll accounting projects and process improvements.
• Adhere to risk controls and meet SLAs and KPIs.
