Job summary

Citigroup Inc. is seeking a Payroll Intermed Analyst to support HR and payroll operations in our Manila region. You will perform business analysis, document requirements, and help implement procedures to ensure accurate payroll processing.

The role requires strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with limited supervision. You will interact with stakeholders and uphold compliance with applicable policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years accounting working experience.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentations.
• In-depth knowledge of monitoring, assessing, analyzing and evaluating processes and data.
• Ability to identify policy gaps affecting payroll and controls.
• Solid experience in a related accounting/finance role.

Responsibilities

• Performs business analysis for HR and Payroll operations.
• Creates and implements internal procedures and business requirements.
• Documents system change specifications.
• Develops and executes user acceptance/test plans; retests as needed.
• Interprets data and makes recommendations.
• Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and/or other team members.
• Appropriately assess risk and escalate/control issues with transparency.
