Job summary

Citigroup Inc. in Manila is seeking a Payroll GL Analyst to perform payroll accounting GL transactions for all legal entities under the EMEA region. The role follows a Manila-based shift time of 1:00PM–10:00PM, reporting to the Payroll Accounting Lead.

You will handle payroll entries, validations, and reporting while ensuring data security, regulatory compliance, and adherence to SLAs. Collaborate with Citibank HR and vendors in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or business-related field.
• Minimum 2 years GL or general ledger experience.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs Payroll accounting entries, validation and reports.
• Ensures payroll is compliant with local regulatory requirements related to accounting transactions.
• Maintains security and confidentiality of sensitive data.
• Collaborates with Citibank vendors on payroll GL initiatives and errors.
• Supports continual improvement and standardization of payroll GL operations.
• Adheres to risk controls and meets SLAs and KPIs.
