Job summary

Viventis Search Asia is seeking a Payroll Accounting professional to perform GL transactions for all payrolls under the EMEA region, with a hybrid work setup (2 days WFH, 3 days onsite) in Taguig. The role reports to the Payroll Accounting Lead and operates on a 1:00pm–10:00pm schedule to align with EMEA hours.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in GL/payroll-related work, strong Excel skills, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Finance, Accounting or any Business related courses.
• Minimum 2 years GL experience with accounting/proofing.
• Proficient in MS Office and general ledger systems.

Responsibilities

• Performs payroll accounting related entries, validation and reports.
• Maintains security and confidentiality of sensitive data.
• Responsible for GL and reconciliation and responds to finance queries.
• Ensures payroll is compliant with local regulatory requirements.
• Keeps up to date with HR and GL applications for payroll processing.
• Supports payroll GL improvements and standardization projects.
