Job summary

Citigroup Business Process Solutions Pte. Ltd. in Manila is seeking a Payroll GL Analyst to process payroll accounting related GL entries for all legal vehicles under the EMEA region, with a shift from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM Manila Time.

You will ensure compliance with local regulations, maintain data security, and collaborate with Citi HR and finance teams to deliver accurate reports and timely reconciliations.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Finance, Accounting or related business field.
• Minimum 2 years GL with accounting/proofing experience.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and data handling.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Performs payroll accounting related entries, validation and reports.
• Maintain security and confidentiality of sensitive data.
• Reconcile GL and respond to finance queries; proofing responsibilities.
• Ensure payroll compliance with local regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Citibank and HR partners on payroll GL initiatives.
• Support projects for continual improvement and standardization.
• Update operating procedures annually and as needed.
• Deliver high level customer service to stakeholders; meet SLAs/KPIs.
