Job summary

Interdependence is seeking a Payroll Coordinator to partner with our HR Director and support global HR operations across Interdependence and affiliated companies. You will manage payroll, onboarding, employee records, and HR systems with a focus on the U.S. and international regions, ensuring compliance and accurate data.

The role requires 5–7 years of HR experience, deep knowledge of U.S. employment laws, and exposure to global payroll, including the Philippines.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of HR coordination/operations experience.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. employment laws and international payroll compliance.
• Hands-on experience managing U.S. payroll with exposure to global payroll (including the Philippines).
• Experience supporting global organizations with HR compliance and employment practices across multiple regions.
• Experience using HRIS systems and maintaining accurate employee records (HiBob a plus).
• Proficiency with AI tools and platforms (Claude or similar).
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations across the full employee lifecycle, including payroll and onboarding.
• Manage end-to-end payroll across the U.S., Philippines, and other global markets.
• Coordinate onboarding for new hires globally from offer to day one.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR data in HRIS systems.
• Serve as a point of contact for HR-related questions and issues.
• Ensure HR compliance across regions and stay updated on employment laws.
• Identify opportunities to streamline HR workflows using AI tools.
