Job summary

Workato, based in the Philippines, seeks a Senior Payroll Analyst to oversee end-to-end payroll for the Philippines and Korea with APAC support, ensuring accuracy and statutory compliance.

You will support payroll operations for Singapore, Australia, Japan, and India, and play a key role in the global payroll transformation with ADP and Workday integration, while serving as the main payroll contact with a 24-hour SLA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 8+ years of payroll processing experience, preferably multi-country.
• Experience with statutory audits is a strong plus.
• Strong end-to-end payroll experience for Philippines and Korea is required.
• Working knowledge of payroll regulations in APAC locations is a plus.
• Experience partnering with global payroll systems (ADP, Workday, Celergo).

Responsibilities

• End-to-end payroll processing for Philippines and Korea with APAC coverage.
• Manage payroll activities for additional APAC locations (Singapore, Australia, Japan, India).
• Ensure compliance with government reporting, contributions, remittances, and year-end activities.
• Resolve payroll-government discrepancies and provide summaries to General Accounting.
• Act as primary payroll contact to address inquiries within a 24-hour SLA.
• Support global payroll transformation, data migration, validation, and testing.
• Collaborate with HRIS, Finance, People Ops, IT, and vendor teams.
