Job summary

You will validate inputs, maintain employee data, perform calculations, and coordinate with clients across multiple accounts. The role requires advanced Excel skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle year-end activities such as Alphalist submissions and BIR forms, while aligning with Philippine tax and labor

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in processing payroll for medium to large headcounts.
• Experience with year-end activities: Alphalist, DAT file, BIR 2316.
• Advanced Excel for payroll analysis, validation, reporting.
• Ability to work across time zones and multiple client accounts.
• Commitment to data integrity and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Validate payroll inputs and maintain employee data.
• Perform payroll calculations, adjustments, and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with tax, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and labor laws.
• Deliver payroll services and client reports within SLAs.
• Coordinate payroll activities across client accounts and resolve issues.
• Prepare monthly payroll reports, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Handle year-end activities including Alphalist and BIR 2316.
