Job summary

Visa is seeking a Payroll Analyst to support day-to-day APAC payroll operations in the Philippines. The role involves end-to-end payroll processing, project support, and process improvement initiatives across cross-functional teams, with regular interaction with senior management.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in accounting or HR and 5+ years in APAC payroll, with strong knowledge of local regulations, audits, and payroll systems.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English communication, both verbal and written.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in accounting, HR or related field.
• Experience with APAC payroll processes and compliance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and validate payroll reports.
• Complete post payroll audits and reporting; track errors with metrics.
• Review payroll processes to identify improvements, standardization and risk mitigation.
• Document payroll processes and create process maps and training materials.
• Participate in payroll projects and ensure compliance with government regulations.
• Oversee payroll system testing for updates and legislative changes.
• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders for smooth payroll operations.
