Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC in Manila hosts a senior Manager role within Global Utilities – Investigations. You will lead a 40-50 person team in a 24x5 environment, guiding transaction processing, client service, and risk controls across Asia, EMEA and WHEM.

You will partner with senior leaders, drive operational excellence, and deliver on financial and operational goals while promoting accountability, continuous improvement, and a high-performance culture across global locations.

Qualifications

• Graduate with at least 10 years of experience in a financial institution.
• Experience managing teams of 75+ employees.
• Working knowledge of International Payment Processing Operations.
• Familiarity with SWIFT and international payment conventions/practices.
• Experience in client and third-party bank investigations.
• Strong interpersonal skills for communication at all levels.
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
• Leadership and people management abilities.
• Ability to build strong business relationships within and across the organization.
• Proactive ownership and escalation of issues, with creative problem-solving techniques.
• Experience collaborating with Risk, Audit, and Compliance to achieve objectives.

• Oversee training, performance management, talent review, and risk management within budget.
