Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Payment Lifecycle Associate I to support new digital payment products from inception through scalable operations. You will act as the central operations contact for client escalations, exception processing, and pilot pilots post-launch, ensuring robust controls and timely issue remediation.

The role requires 8+ years of Payments Operations experience, extensive SWIFT knowledge, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Project Management and IT teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Payments Operations experience focusing on reconciliation and repair.
• Extensive SWIFT messages and Payments Operations background.
• Experience with global projects and stakeholder management.
• Collaboration with Product Management, Project Managers and IT teams.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Excel and large data analysis.
• Data-driven with the ability to present insights to senior management.
• Ability to influence cross-organizationally and drive change.
• Willingness to support 24x7 operations, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Identify project stakeholders and define customer needs for operations solutions.
• Create process models, specifications, diagrams and data flows.
• Analyze requirements to define impact, outcomes, and metrics.
• Perform day-to-day operations to monitor performance via KPIs and controls.
• Own end-to-end operations for products in scope, including issue management and escalations.
• Coordinate with Client Service for proper client experience and hand-offs.
• Scale operating model for new product growth with multiple stakeholders.
• Onboard new activities ensuring operational readiness for go-live.
• Develop SME knowledge of new products and processes for change management.
• Maintain strong controls with internal functions and policy compliance.
• Manage shift and leave trackers; lead the team to high-quality output.
