Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC in the Philippines seeks a Senior Associate to support income event processing across Prime Services, Equities, and Fixed Income. You will manage income events across EMEA, WHEM and ASIA, ensuring timely processing and collaborating with trading desks, clients, custodians, and service providers.

The role emphasizes leadership, analytical thinking, and delivering core objectives through effective KPI/KRI management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience with data transformation and visualization tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, and SQL.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills for complex operational issues.
• Ability to lead and manage delivery timelines with stakeholder collaboration.
• Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall methodologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely pre-event reconciliation and pay date processing for income events.
• Coordinate with internal and external counterparties to manage and resolve payable and receivable claims.
• Oversee and reconcile cash breaks, wash breaks, suspense breaks, and control account breaks.
• Manage KPIs and KRIs proactively.
• Lead teams to achieve delivery milestones, mitigate risks, and address process inefficiencies.
• Communicate effectively with senior management and escalate issues as needed.
• Conduct end-to-end process reviews, identify gaps, and collaborate with control partners to remediate issues.
• Drive automation and process transformation using firmwide tools to enhance efficiency and controls.
• Provide leadership by setting clear goals, strategies, and expectations for the team.
• Foster a culture of accountability, motivation, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with BAU domain leads to execute growth and change plans, including platform migration and people development.
