Job summary

Lightnet Group in Makati, Philippines, is looking for a Sales Director or Senior Sales Manager to drive cross-border payments growth and build a robust partner network with banks, PSPs, MTOs, and remittance partners. You will lead multi-channel growth, shape strategic partnerships, and steer the sales organization toward ambitious MoM and annual targets in a fast-evolving fintech landscape.

Qualifications

Experience leading cross-border payments sales initiatives.
Proven track record in building fintech partnerships with financial institutions.
