Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Process & Digital Lead (GPDL) to oversee payments and experience processes globally. You will standardize, digitize, and optimize processes, reducing manual touchpoints and strengthening controls across Procurement, Finance, Treasury, and Technology.

You will lead a team of GPDLs to improve KPIs, collaborate across regions, and drive continuous improvement in supplier and user experience. English proficiency is required, with travel up to 5%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• MBA or higher degree desirable.
• 8–10 years of Procurement/Finance experience with at least 5 years in a management role.
• Experience leading large teams in a complex matrixed structure with multiple stakeholders.
• Fluency in English (written and oral) required.

Responsibilities

• Drive governance, maintenance, and improvement of end-to-end global standard process design and KPIs.
• Oversee partnerships with technology providers, outsourcing partners and internal functions.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, metrics, and governance across Payments and Experience processes.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls, risk, and treasury guidelines.
• Lead automation and AI initiatives within the area of responsibility.
• Manage team workflow, performance, and budget to achieve timelines.
