Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a Senior Manager, Global Process & Digital Lead (GPDL) to drive end-to-end Payments and Experience processes in a global organization, partnering with Procurement, Finance, Treasury, Technology, and BPOs to standardize, digitize, and improve service delivery, controls, and user experience.

You will lead a team of GPDLs, develop KPIs, and push continuous improvement across regions, balancing cost, risk, and value for the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• MBA or advanced degree desirable.
• 8–10 years of Procurement, Finance, or related business experience with minimum 5 years in a management role.
• Experience leading large teams in a complex matrixed structure and managing key internal/external stakeholders.
• Fluency in English (written and oral) required.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance, maintenance, and improvement of the E2E Global Standard Process Design, including work standards, cost models, process simulations, and version control.
• Provide management oversight to partnerships with technology providers, outsourcing partners, and internal J&J functions; ensure SLA adherence and performance metrics.
• Ensure PEX processes are compliant with Internal Controls framework; coordinate with Finance, Risk, Treasury, and regional centers; manage audit and risk.
• Leverage insights to prioritize PEX services, drive improvements in service delivery, and enhance user experience globally.
• Facilitate issue resolution and escalation; drive continuous improvements in metrics and value delivery.
