Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Process & Digital Lead (GPDL) in the Manila region. You will lead global Payments and Experience (PEX) processes, partner with Procurement, Finance, Treasury, Technology, and BPO providers to standardize, optimize, and digitize PEX processes for better performance and user experience.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of Procurement, Finance, or related experience
• Minimum 5 years in a management role
• Experience leading large teams in a complex matrixed organization
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills across functions
• Fluency in English (written and oral) required
• Strategic thinking with data-driven approach to long-term planning

Responsibilities

• Drive governance, maintenance, and improvement of end‑to‑end Global Standard Process Design
• Provide oversight to partnerships with technology providers and internal JJ functions
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and risk management across PEX processes
• Leverage insights to prioritize services, improvements and technology upgrades
• Facilitate issue resolution and escalation across global regions
• Develop product strategies aligned with strategic priorities
• Support automation and AI initiatives within the area
• Manage team operations, performance, and budget adherence
• Collaborate across departments to improve profitability and competitive position
• Cultivate strong internal/external relationships with customers and suppliers
