Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a DS Manager, Global Payroll Product to lead the global payroll product strategy and enable scalable, compliant payroll solutions across regions. You will own the product roadmap, partner with HR, IT, and vendors, and guide data migration, integrations, and governance through separation planning.

The role requires 7+ years in payroll/transformations, strong leadership, and the ability to operate across time zones with up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Finance, HR or equivalent required.
Minimum 7 years of experience in Payroll, Time & Attendance, payroll operations, or related transformation roles.
Experience leading or supporting global payroll implementations, divestitures, acquisitions, carve-outs, or large-scale transformation programs preferred.
Hands-on experience with payroll and workforce platforms such as SAP ECC, SuccessFactors, ADP GlobalView, Workday, Kronos, Workforce Manager, ServiceNow, or Salesforce required/preferred based on scope.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the global payroll product roadmap and ownership across platforms and integrations.
Serve as a cross-functional product owner coordinating with design, build, testing, deployment, and governance teams.
Lead global payroll separation and transformation initiatives from concept through go-live and steady state.
