Job summary

ByteDance, through the GKA Global Partnerships team, seeks a senior collaborator to drive global brand partnerships and strategic initiatives in a fast-growing e-commerce landscape. You will recruit major brands, map strategies, and shape cross-market programs to boost growth and platform engagement.

You will analyze business objectives, implement data-driven improvements, and coordinate with country managers to align client strategies. Travel for business is required to execute global plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years work experience in global brands or eCommerce.
• Strong relationship-building skills and ability to influence clients.
• Solid understanding of social/livestream e-Commerce and content marketing.
• Willingness to travel abroad for business.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and nurture long-term relationships with top global brands, build strategy, and success metrics.
• Produce GMV-oriented solutions, participate in process design and execution, and summarize conclusions in documents.
• Analyze business settings and objectives, optimize products and services based on data and user feedback.
• Sustain close communication with clients and internal counterparts to maximize strategies and engagement.
