Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 3 years in a customer service environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience building, managing, and influencing relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Proven ability to use data to generate insights and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve performance and develop improvement plans with the Partner Operations Leader.
• Monitor execution of improvement plans to ensure performance metrics are met.
• Ensure SOP documentation, training materials, and all relevant frameworks are in place.
• Share performance reports and data with the BPO on a weekly basis.
• Assign owners to action items and track completion status.
• Optimize processes based on improvement opportunities identified by internal or external stakeholders.
• Review escalations and provide feedback to the BPO team.
• Support go-to-market readiness and alignment with country/regional regulations.
• Facilitate Train-the-Trainer sessions on SOPs and product updates.
• Assist with bug issues and coordinate troubleshooting information.
