Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of e-commerce, partner management, or growth strategy experience.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Experience with performance tracking and business reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead enabler/agency development initiatives.
• Coordinate knowledge-sharing programs and capability-building sessions.
• Drive ecosystem health and partner alignment.
• Be the main contact for agency partners.
• Drive revenue growth via agency-led programs.
• Identify new opportunities by aligning agencies with merchants.
• Conduct regular business reviews with TSPs.
• Provide data-driven insights to optimize performance.
• Develop merchant acquisition through lead generation and onboarding.
• Collaborate with agencies to match sellers with partners.
• Support merchants by explaining platform features and growth tools.
• Plan and execute offline events to raise TSP visibility.
