ByteDance is seeking a Partner Operations Manager (GenAI & Emerging Products) in Pasig. You will lead the partner operations strategy, manage vendor and stakeholder relationships, and establish governance for multiple sites and lines of business.

You will build operating models with strong governance, drive improvements, develop key metrics, and lead a global team of specialists. Significant travel (50–70%) is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing outsourced partner relationships and people management.
• Experience in operations management, program management, and large-scale transformation projects.
• End-to-end sourcing and contracting experience.

Responsabilités

• Own the partner operations strategy to land initiatives like WFM, QA, and Training.
• Manage complex vendor and internal stakeholder relationships.
• Establish governance and processes for site health and business lines.
• Design operating models with governance and risk management for partners.
• Deliver operational improvements and drive scalability and simplification.
• Develop metrics, milestones, and procedures for day-to-day execution.
• Lead a team of Partner Ops specialists to drive operational excellence.
• Demonstrate people management across multiple direct reports in a global setting.
• Communicate effectively with leadership across cross-functional teams.
• Travel 50%-70% is required.
