Job summary

MPI-MiniMed Philippines, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager CC&SC Order Management for International East, Japan and ANZ.

You will co-design and implement the order management strategy as the scope transitions from Medtronic to MiniMed, and lead Order-To-Invoice operations across multiple regions to ensure efficient, scalable service. You will oversee daily operations, manage a diverse team, monitor KPI performance, and partner with IT, HR, and finance to achieve strategic goals while optimizing costs

Qualifications

• Experience leading large order-to-cash operations in a matrix organization.
• Proven ability to design and implement O2I strategies across multiple regions.
• Strong stakeholder management across IT, HR, Credit & Collection and CC&SC teams.

Responsibilities

• Co-develop and implement the order management strategy during the transition to MiniMed.
• Oversee daily Order-To-Invoice operations across regions with SLA adherence.
• Lead, train, and mentor a multi-disciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
• Monitor KPIs such as OTIF, CSAT, and dispute resolution, driving improvements.
• Collaborate with IT, HR and finance to align service delivery with goals.
• Manage budget planning and staffing to cover peak volumes and time zones.
• Drive process re-engineering and automation including AI or RPA.
