Job summary

MiniMed is seeking a Senior HR Supervisor to lead day-to-day HR Shared Services across the US/OUS region, primarily on a night shift. You will drive operational excellence, SLAs, metrics, and continuous improvement while partnering with COEs, Payroll, and HRIS teams to deliver a consistent employee experience across the lifecycle.

You will mentor and coach the HR Ops team, manage escalations, and contribute to workforce planning and engagement initiatives in a fast-paced global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience within HR Operations or HR Shared Services.
• Strong experience supporting Regional HR Operations (preferably US) in a shared services environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading global or regional HR Operations teams.
• Experience implementing operational KPIs, scorecards, and performance management frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle processes and HR service delivery.
• Experience with Workday HCM and Case Management (or comparable HR case management platforms).
• Proven experience leading process improvements, workflow optimization, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and operate HR Shared Services day-to-day across the US/OUS region.
• Ensure HR services meet SLAs, quality standards, and KPIs.
• Monitor workload, case management, service performance, and health.
• Provide leadership during escalations and complex issues.
• Support business continuity and operational readiness.
• Coach and develop HR Ops team members.
• Foster a high-performance culture with accountability and collaboration.
• Support workforce planning, resource allocation, and succession planning.
• Drive employee engagement and continuous learning.
• Partner across HR workstreams to improve service delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives for better outcomes.
• Promote knowledge sharing and alignment during policy changes.
• Build partnerships with regional and global HR stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement and standardize procedures.
• Lead projects and change management within HR transformation.
• Support system enhancements and data integrity with HRIS.
