Emapta Philippines is seeking a Salesforce Technical Systems Analyst to strengthen the systems behind a global fine jewelry brand. You will enhance cloud integrations, automation, and data reliability across global operations, while supporting incident triage and SOX controls.

This role offers Night Shift, permanent work-from-home setup, and opportunities to work with NetSuite, DocuSign, Okta, Workato, Snowflake, and Domo, collaborating with remote teams and executives.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on Salesforce experience across admin and development.
• Certified Salesforce Administrator required; additional certifications are a plus.
• Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud configuration, customization, and maintenance.
• Experience with production issue triage and executive communications.
• Experience managing Salesforce in a SOX-compliant environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first contact for Salesforce and integrations, including NetSuite, DocuSign, Okta, Workato, Snowflake, and Domo.
• Triage and diagnose issues to determine root cause, business impact, and urgency before escalation.
• Coordinate system upgrades, patches, enhancements, and rollback plans with stakeholders.
• Design and build automation using Salesforce Flows, Apex, and LWC; develop reports and dashboards.
• Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings in Salesforce, ensuring SOX compliance.
• Maintain data backup, archiving, and recovery processes using OwnArchive and OwnBackup.
• Create user documentation and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve adoption and efficiency.
