Job summary

JLL in the Philippines seeks a senior transformation lead to drive account operations optimization across Work Dynamic accounts. You will standardize processes, roll out SOPs, and develop measurement tools to track performance.

With extensive facilities management experience, you will partner with global teams to ensure consistent, data-driven improvements and effective change management across regions.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in facilities management or related operational technology disciplines.
• Demonstrated digital authority across technologies and platforms.
• Experience in matrix/shared services environments with cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to improve account operations and optimization across Work Dynamic accounts.
• Standardize processes and ways of working across regions with global consistency.
• Collaborate with global team to design and roll out SOPs and playbooks.
• Develop tools to measure operational performance and drive efficiency.
• Define success metrics and drive initiative execution to completion.
• Engage stakeholders across accounts and regions throughout initiatives.
• Train teams on standard tools and processes and monitor adoption.
• Lead change management and communicate progress to leadership.
