Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle in Taguig, Philippines is seeking a Senior Transformation Lead to drive account operations optimization across the Work Dynamic accounts the WPM Transformation team supports. The role will standardize how our teams work, establishing consistent processes, tools, and ways of working for global use.

You will partner with the global team to design, document, and roll out standard processes, SOPs, and playbooks, and develop tools to measure performance and drive improvement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in facilities management or related operational technology.
• Digital tech authority across multiple technologies.
• Experience with Corrigo or equivalent work order platforms.
• Experience in matrix/shared services environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related fields.
• Strong AI knowledge and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to improve account operations and optimization.
• Standardize processes, SOPs, and playbooks across regions.
• Design, document, and roll out standard tools and processes.
• Develop tools to measure operational performance and drive efficiency.
• Define success metrics and adoption plans for initiatives.
• Plan, implement, and drive initiatives to completion.
• Engage stakeholders across accounts and regions.
• Train teams on standard tools and processes.
• Review initiative results and refine approaches.
• Lead communication and change management.
