Job summary

JLL in Taguig, Philippines is seeking an experienced Engineering professional to lead project initiation, planning, and client engagements for complex infrastructure initiatives.

You will develop and maintain engineering playbooks, loss-prevention procedures, and training material while coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver resilient client solutions. This role emphasizes leadership, client relations, and continuous improvement through proven project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is required.
• Experience leading engineering projects and client relationships is expected.
• Strong knowledge of engineering processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Proven leadership, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead document review, solution summaries, and kickoff meetings to assess client needs.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations and key engineering transitions.
• Review and input on client Business Continuity Plans and Emergency Response Plans.
• Establish and validate incident and escalation call trees; map client access requirements.
• Provide onboarding and training for engineering roles; develop training plans.
• Develop and maintain engineering playbooks, logbooks, and SOP/EOP templates.
• Investigate incidents and maintain engineering risk registers.
• Contribute to commercial elements including man-hours and pricing data; ensure SLAs are met.
• Define and monitor Engineering KPIs such as uptime and response times.
