JLL is seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager for the Omnicom account in the Philippines. You will lead end-to-end facilities management, drive service delivery, and mentor local FM teams to ensure operational excellence and client satisfaction.

This role focuses on health and safety, ESG alignment, and collaboration with vendor partners, building stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to sustain high performance across the site.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in facility management or building management is required.
• Procurement experience is an advantage.
• Familiarity with CAFM systems is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Execute work order management using CAFM systems with SLA adherence.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for C-suite and senior stakeholders.
• Assist in emergency response coordination and business continuity planning.
• Maintain compliance documentation and audit-ready reporting.
• Coordinate vendor communications for repairs, maintenance and purchases.
• Oversee contract documentation, renewal, and governance.
• Review KPIs and participate in annual budgeting.
• Communicate with overseas client and teams.
